Mature Man

pexels-mikhail-nilov-7500126

Maintaining good health becomes increasingly important as men move through midlife and beyond, when natural ageing and hormonal changes can influence energy levels, metabolism, bone strength, and cardiovascular health. Many age-related conditions – including hormonal imbalance, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction, and increased cardiovascular risk – can develop gradually with few obvious symptoms, making regular health monitoring essential for early detection and prevention.

Our Mature Man’s Health Assessment provides a thorough blood-based evaluation tailored to the needs of women in later life. The profile assesses key markers of hormonal balance, bone and cardiovascular health, metabolic function, nutritional status, inflammation, and vital organ performance. This detailed diagnostic insight supports early identification of potential concerns and helps guide personalised strategies to promote healthy ageing, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Why a Mature Man check matters

As we get older, how we feel day to day — energy, sleep, weight, mood and recovery — is shaped by changes happening beneath the surface. Persistent tiredness, low energy or simply "not feeling yourself" often have a measurable cause, from anaemia or low iron to kidney changes and rising cardiovascular risk.

The Mature Man Health Check is built for healthy ageing. Alongside a detailed blood count and kidney, liver, bone and mineral markers, it includes an advanced cardiovascular risk panel — giving you an in-depth picture of your health and the insight to protect your energy and vitality for the years ahead.
