Well Man Health Check
A thorough, GP-led blood assessment that gives you a clear picture of your health today — from hormones and heart to metabolism, liver, kidneys and more. Clarity now, with the support to act on it.
Why a Well Man check matters
Many of the health concerns that affect men — hormonal changes, raised cholesterol, blood-sugar and metabolic issues, nutritional deficiencies — develop quietly, with no obvious symptoms, until they start to affect how you feel and your long-term health.
Your body's systems are connected: a change in one area can affect your energy, mood, weight and disease risk across the board. The Well Man Health Check looks across all of them in a single appointment, so you can spot issues early, act on clear advice, and track your health over time.

Why choose Solasta
Every result is reviewed and explained by an experienced local GP — so you know what it means and what to do next.
Analysed by a locally based UKAS-accredited laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) for reliable, fast diagnostics.
More than a one-off test — discreet, unhurried care with ongoing support and follow-up if needed.
Preparing for your test
You may be asked to fast beforehand for accurate cholesterol and glucose results — we'll tell you when you book. [Confirm fasting requirement.]
Hormone tests such as testosterone are most accurate from a morning sample, so morning appointments are ideal.
Keep taking your usual medication unless your GP advises otherwise, and mention anything you take at your appointment.
